Question Installing Intel 660p M.2 2280 1 TB

Which one would be best for OS Windows 10?
Games?

As for load up times for example, it doesn't matter in real terms. An M.2 (SATA or NVMe) will perform pretty much the same. The Intel M.2 however will flourish with things like file transfer or some editing apps.

Boot times and game level load times don't gain much with NVME drives, perhaps a second here and there...

But given that the 660P's price is often lower than some of the better competing SATA drives, the 660P makes an excellent larger alternative...(I'm considering a 1 TB unit myself)

(500 GB drives just don't go that far anymore once you install a few games!)

What motherboard do you have?

Personally, I'd leave the OS right where it is, on the 850 EVO.
Put games and whatnot on the new 660p.

I would also just use the 660p, for game storage, and the OS on the 850 evo, as is. As big as games are starting to get, it makes more sense to have them on the larger drive anyway.
