I turned on my newly built computer, and I am at the ASRock UEFI. I have a usb connected portable optical drive, and inserted the motherboard quick start disc into that. It has power and I can hear it spinning, but nothing is happening. Do I need to manually find the quickstart CD somehow?
Also Im new to building so if the answer seems to obvious its probably right.
