Installing nvme and hdd?

I have an nvme m.2 and I also have a 3tb hard drive. I would like to know how to install both inside my PC. When installing games you can select what you want to download them to? Obviously I want to boot with nvme and run my favorite games on it. Can you delete stuff off of them and transfer them? Please help...

What size are these drives?
Which OS?
What are the rest of the specs?


Yes, you can intall games or applications on whichever drive you choose.
Steam games, you can easily move them back and forth between drives.

In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder
