Installing SSD on laptop

So I have had a laptop ..Acer e5 575g with 1tb and 8 ram.when I use the laptop it's kinda slow so I bought a 128 SSD to boost it.i need to know how to install it(not hardware I know that part).I have all my programs and games on my HDD but I want to move windows to my SSD and move my crucial programs and games to the SSD...How do I do that

You will need to do a clean install of the OS from install USB or DVD and then reinstall the programs. Very unlikely that you can clean enough stuff off your HDD to clone it to such a small SSD.

You can only move that stuff to the SSD if you can get the actual used space to below 85GB.
Seeing as you currently have a 1TB drive, with a bunch of programs and games on it...this is unlikely.
You can't pick "windows and my crucial programs". THere is no pick and choose like that.
