all i see is local disk c BD-RE Drive(D) Local disk(E) and BD-ROM Drive(F)
i dont think that f one was there before
no sign of ssd

Do you mean:

The case does NOT have a fan mount location in the back,

Or:

The case DOES have fan mount location in back, but right now you don't have a fan mounted in it.

Which?

What is the full name of the case? Model name and model number?
bear with me ill find it for you.definetly no fan mount location on back

Cooler Master Centurion 590

14 year old case.

Here is a review of it.

It says "four additional fans can be installed".

One 120x120x25 mm front fan (blue LED), 1200 rpm, 17 dBA (included),

One 120x120x25 mm rear fan (exhaust), 1200 rpm, 17 dBA (included).

Don't know whether that is true. Your own eyes should tell the story.

ssd shows up in device manager, but not in "my pc"
i think i have to initilize it in disk management,is this correct?
my 2 hdds are C and E
If i name the ssd H for example, would i be able to change it to C eventually?
or can i change C to something else and then call ssd C?
I know,im a pain,but better asking and getting advice.

Yes on initialize in Disk Management...........

But............in a normal setup, you would want Windows to be on the SSD and the SSD would therefore be C.

I really don't know what you are up to.

Whatever is C right now....no, you wouldn't just change the drive letter to something else arbitrarily.

If that is what you mean.

But again..I really don't know what you are up to.

i intend to put windows on the ssd,i just didnt want to do that tonight,i just started the pc to see if it recognised the ssd.
does the initilizing have to be done before putting windows on the ssd?
i intend to put windows on it from usb
i know to dissconnect the 2 hdds before doing that

morning folks, trying to get this sorted today.
do i need to initialize the disk before i install windows on it?

so i disconnected the hdds,i have boot order set to removable device
restarted and i get reboot and select proper boot device
why oh why can it never be easy?
How did you create the Windows 10 USB stick?

Windows 10 clean install tutorial. Follow these instructions, specifically the section about "Create installation media" - using the Windows 10 media creation tool.
