I was having difficulty getting Windows 10 installed from a USB onto my computer. I managed to get it to work, chose the SSD drive to install it on, and it began installing.

I am watching a video from Newegg now that says I need to partition the drive. What if I've already installed it? Does that mean I cannot use the SSD drive for anything else now?

Solution
If Windows 10 is installing correctly, and if you boot successfully after the installation, then you should have no problems. Partitioning in general is only useful if you want to install multiple operating systems on one drive.
