Now I wanna install win 10 on my new hard drive. I want to know ,how would I do the disk partition? I have never done that before.

Solution
When you boot from whatever media you have Windows 10 (USB, CD/DVD), select Custom: Install Windows Only. When you see this screen:

Yours won't have any partitions like the image above shows, it should have a single drive (probably Drive 0) listed as Unallocated space. Highlight the drive and hit Next and the installer will make the partitions it needs. You can also select the drive, click New and leave the entire size of the drive for Windows, it will warn you that Windows will need to make a System Reserved partition, click OK and then once it's done click Next. Either way Windows will start to install.
