Installing windows 10 after a Virus

So i downloaded something dodgy and i had pop ups and could not remove the software. Anyways basically i've done the refresh my PC option within windows which didn't really do anything so i used a CD and i had issues with the HDD it said i did not have one so i could not install from fresh. i did a cmd and i did a diskpart and cleaned my main hdd which is the SSD. I'm basically at a screen now where when i boot up my PC it says choose an operating system. The options are

Windows 10 Pro
On volume 3

Windows 10 Pro
On volume 5

I really just want to start a fresh install of windows 10 via usb which im trying to do. i've set it too boot from usb but this keeps popping up! Could you give me a simple straight forward way so i can boot windows 10 from my usb and start from fresh?

Disconnect all drives but where you want Windows, format, and install it to that drive.

what do you mean by that exactly? how would i format it? Also if i click on windows 10 pro on volume 3 it boots me into windows and i have no opened cmd and it has disk 0 disk 1 disk 2. disk 0 is my hdd and the first is my ssd which i want as my main operating system. im not sure what the 2nd one is. I literally just want to re-install windows on my ssd again from scratch

All you had to do was go to the windows 10 forum and look there. There is a section for everything Windows 10.

it sounds easy. but i've literally done all that and now i changed my boot order to USB and it still comes up with choose an operating system. There is no option for "use a device"

i've literally plugged a usb into my laptop. downloaded the installation thing on to my usb. i've plugged it in to my PC. changed boot order to start from USB but it keeps coming up choose operating system and i think it reverts my boot order too. I really can't get into the windows setup and it's driving me crazy. been messing around with it all day :///

okay! i removed the HDD and now it's working! hopefully this all goes through well! Thank you
