Hi All,

So, I am trying to install windows 10 from a USB flash drive. Formatted the drive on FAT 32 format and set partition as active. Copied windows 10 setup to the drive. Plugged it into the destination system, which is a Lenovo T430 Thinkpad laptop. Went to BIOS, set the USB as the first one in Boot priority, Disabled secure boot, enabled UEFI BIOS support for USB, tried UEFI Only and Legacy Only in Boot settings, and tried booting the setup from the boot menu. But nothing happens. Basically, the USB appears as the first option from my boot options, I select it, it seems to accept it, and yet I stay at the same screen.

I even unloaded the installation ISO into the USB, thinking an image file may be the issue, but no luck.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
