I just finished my very first PC build and am now getting the message, "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."

The only other computer I have is a MacBook Air, so I am wondering if I will be able to download Windows 10 onto a 16GB USB from there. I have the Windows 10 for Home OEM code as well, but I don't even know where to install that code to.

Yes, you can create a Windows 10 USB installation media on a MacBook Air using Boot Camp Assistant (BCA).
First download the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft website.
- Insert your 16GB flash drive on the Mac USB port.
- Open Boot Camp Assistant (Hit the Command and Spacebar keys and type Boot Camp Assistant ...hit Enter to launch the app.)
- Click Continue to proceed.
- BCA will automatically locate the ISO file if you use the default Download folder or you can choose the location of the ISO file.
- Select the 16GB USB drive you've inserted as the the destination disk and click Continue. Wait for the format and Windows installer setup to finish on the Mac.
-When Boot Camp Assistant is done click Quit to close the app and then Eject the USB drive
Voilà....you have created a Windows 10 USB flash drive installer on a Mac.
