Question installing windows 10 on new hard drive

hi,my pc has one hard drive,i want to put new hard drive in as i know the old one about to kick the bucket.
i used to know answer to this,mind has gone blank.
what do i need to do to instal windows 10 on it.
if i put the new hard drive in theres no os,pc wont boot.
