Installing windows 10. PC restarted after saying Configuring and it's crashed.

Installing windows 10. PC restarted after saying Configuring(didn't watch screen the whole time - not sure if said anything else) when it restarts it gets stuck on startup. Says Asrock and gives me boot menu options (press esc for menu etc) but nothing. Those buttons don't work and don't take me to another page. All i can do is power down and restart. I can install windows 8 then try Windows 10 again but if it keeps happening and if it's stuffed something up already??

is the keyboard usb or ps2, try to boot and enter bios yourself .not the system
