Installing Windows 10

I'm building a new computer with Windows 10. I have the key and DVD but no optical drive, so how will I install it? And also I am getting a hdd and a ssd and I want Windows 10 on the ssd.

You need another PC.
You can download the ISO from MS, and create a USB install.

If you want to install windows 10 on your ssd, during the installation steps and it tells you where to install it. You just choose ssd
