installing windows 7 from USB

So, currently I have a working windows 7 DVD but I don't purchase a DVD bay for my new rig. Is there a way to somehow copy the ISO from my Windows 7 DVD to my USB and have my new rig install Windows 7 from said USB? thanks

MS has a program called "Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool". This can take the DVD/CD files and make a USB install stick.
