Installing Windows 8 Pro 64-bit on a ASUS Maximus VI Hero?

This is a two fold question.
The first part of the question is... When Windows 8 first was announced and entered Early Adopter, where the OS was sold for $40, I took it up and installed Windows 8 Pro over Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit because a regular Windows 7 CD would have run me about $400 at the time. However I took advantage of the backup CD offer and got a backup DVD sent to me. Given the set includes both the 32-bit version and 64-bit version discs, and I have used it one time to help fix an issue on my computer... is it possible to use the 64-bit disc as Installation Media for a future computer I plan to build? And if so, will there be any issues in regards to activation or not?

The second question however is... how difficult would it be to install Windows 8 Pro 64-bit upon a computer using a ASUS Maximus VI Hero as a Motherboard (since this is the motherboard that's going to be in my new build). Are there any special steps I will have to take whilst installing the OS upon the motherboard?

Sincerely,
IllusionaryInnocence

Shouldn't be an OEM copy hopefully. I mean I've heard that apparently the Windows 8 has a general license that can handle up to three computers? But I'm not entirely sure if it applies to the Early Adopters. Getting a Windows 8.1 CD would run me about $300ish more for this build I'm intending to make... still. I do still need to know about any special precautions I'll have to take for the OS Install on the Maximus VI Hero. Given the UEFI system.
