Question Installing windows from usb drive

Hello everyone,

I have old motherboard that is P35-DS3L i dont have optical drive to install windows, i can use only usb drive but i dont know how to format it and make it work

in bios i have options usb-hdd and usb-rom as options to use, i used rufus to format usb but when i do so windows doesnt start loading, pls help

i formated it for MBR partition cheme and target system bios is that good?
