Installing windows with wifi adapter?

So i have no way to plug an ethernet cable to download windows and the wifi adapter im getting needs its drivers from the website. I was wondering if I could put the drivers on a flash drive and boot them onto my newly built pc with the wifi adapter installed and then be able to install windows once the drivers are install?

no. if you don't have windows installed, you can't install the drivers for wifi. you need to make a windows flash drive or dvd with windows creation tool and go from there.

(assuming we're talking windows 10)

Not to install it initially. You can load the WIFI driver after OS install.

IK i need windows installed but everyone on other pages say you need internet to install windows 10

No you don't , install it then load your drivers for the Adapter and then you can download what you needed through your wireless connection.

So what youre saying is put windows 10 on my pc via usb without ethernet, and then get the drivers from the website and download them? does this mean that the wifi adapter will somewhat work in order to get the drivers?

if you have the means to download the windows media creation tool, you have the means to go and get the newest driver for your wifi adapter and put that on a disk as well. as soon as windows is installed, throw your disk in and install your wifi adapter. that is what you have to do, go do it.
