Installing Windows without internet

Never heard of Rufus. I thought the computer would detect it automatically.
There are 2 ways of creating a Windows bootable USB flash drive:
1. You can create it directly using the option from Microsoft's site, or
2. You can download the ISO of Windows, and then transfer it yourself on the USB flash drive, using Rufus (or another program like it).
