I am currently still using a Windows 7 professional 64 bit and a 6GB DDR3 ram. This problem usually occurs when I left my PC on for a while. Any help?

I have scanned my system with Malwarebytes, no malwares
When this happens I can't even open task manager, as far as I know the ones running in the background is Steam, Discord, Malwarebytes, and Avast

Reboot your computer.
Go into Task Manager and click on the Startup tab.
Find whatever you don't need at start up and disable it (Steam/Discord)

Some says that antivirus's real time protection is the cause of this problem, should I left this on or turn it off as well?

As my OS is newly installed so there's still a few programs installed, I'll give your advice a shot. I'll see if it works
