Intake and Exhaust fans facing each other?

I have some pc case with closed bottom, top and front panel. I have 1 exhaust fan on back and I would like to put 1 intake and that's where we come to my question.
Since I have only side panel free for fan, is it ok to put intake fan at side which will facing directly to cpu fan which is exhaust?

Well, since it's only place than yes, better than nothing although it wouldn't cover the rest of MB.

Thank you sir, after reading some post over internet I was just afraid that facing intake and exhaust will make some damage so I wanted to be sure before placing fan. Thanks again
