Intake fan in the rear, will this work?

So I bought 2 Factal silent series r3s as a replacement for my old and very loud fans. After I installed both fans I realized that I accidentally put the front fan the wrong way, making it outtake, and the worst part? Instead of screws, my cases uses tabs on the front (likely because Raidmax didn't expect the stock fan to be replaced) that you push to release the fan, but it barely does what its suppose to do (while I was removing my old fan, it wouldn't release, so I had to have my mum help me and after 20 minutes it let go) and now the tabs no longer move, making the fan an outtake permanently. So I decided to turn my rear fan into an intake and so far its going well. Will this work for my computer and still regulate air flow?
My case is a Raidmax Super Helios.

Cheers!

It would work, but its not ideal.
Part of the reason every case has an intake at the front and a exhaust at the rear and top is because of natural convection.
The hot air tends to rise towards the exhaust fans. If you switch these the air is going to rise away from the exhaust in the front bottom.

Thanks for the explaination, its really frustrating how I can't remove the front fan all because of a stupid business decision raidmax made.
