I'm mounting some fans in my case, now i have the following question : 1 fan lower front for intake , 2 fans upper back for outtake , 2 fans on top for outtake. So far so good , but i also want to put 2 fans right in front of my CPU.Do they have to blow air in the case or suck air out?

Blow in on the CPU. You have 4 blowing out but only one blowing in. If you don't have enough intake, your fans blowing out probably won't work as well as they could.
That is how I have mine set up.
With all those fans your case should be nice and cool.

What do you hope to gain from 7 fans, compared to 5 fans? I really don't think you will notice much difference in performance or reliability over 2 or 3 fans, unless these fans are the small 50-60mm fans. Most case fans are 80, 90, or 120mm units. The need for 5-7 fans would only arrise if the heat inside the case is extreme, which I doubt unless you have an extreme heat source, or if the case is a huge server style case, and I mean huge. Server's that run 24/7, 365 days a year with 2 to 4 CPU's only have 3-4 fans in them, and most servers do not even have fans on the heatsinks due to case design.

And if the air flow is unbalanced at all, there should be slightly more intake air which helps to keep dust out.

i think it depends on the direction of airflow your heatsink fan puts out. i have a chrome orb with a hood over it. the fan in back sucks air out because thats the direction the orbs fan goes.
