I have such device as Lenovo G510, which has i7-4700MQ with Intel HD 4600 and Radeon HD 8750M, screen resolution is 1366*768.
Couple months ago i reinstalled windows. I haven't been noticing this problem because i didn't play anything heavier than Factorio.
But today i decided to try playing Tera again, but it turned out to be impossible. Earlier i could set graphics to medium and get about 40 fps medium, on low graphics i had stable 70-80+ fps. But today i couldn't get even stable 30 fps on low graphics.
However, any benchmark or game i used told me that i'm using my dedicated 8750M, but it feels like Intel Graphics. Heaven benchmark gave me about 7-10fps average. What's really weird - HWMonitor shows absolutely same data for integrated and dedicated card, is it OK?

Does anyone know what could be the issue?
p.s. CPU is loaded for 40-50%, while GPU is at its limit.
