Integrated GPU HDMI port is working on TV but not on PC Monitor

Hi There, I have a new system build with i7-8700K and Asus ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi) and still no Video Card, for sure waiting for something to catch! until then, I will use my integrated CPU and an old monitor.

The problem is, strangely, I connected the HDMI port to my TV and it was showing everything in BOIS and I installed windows and worked correctly, but I tried to connect my LG 22MP55HQ-P monitor with HDMI cable and was not showing anything and it is waiting for signal, connected the same monitor with the same cable to my laptop and worked correctly.

What is the problem?

That monitor got only HDMI and VGA and Motherboard got only Display Port and HDMI, so HDMI is only my option right now, and not sure what the problem, I tried to connect another monitor like AOC i2353Ph and it was not able to show anything as well.

Any ideas?

Well, I tried short HDMI cable (1m) and it is worked, the medium length (2m) and the longer one (4m) was not working at all, but these cables still working with TV, any explanation?
