Anyone run either have a comparison?

Just trying to figure out why one is better then it is worse, is this normal?

Hi Mike_368,

They are basically the same.
The only difference is that the newest can clock a bit higher (nothing enough to make a difference). But, the 8th generation comes with 2666MHz ram support and Integrated graphic uses the RAM as memory, it can have a higher bandwith so better performance.

As I sais at the beginning, they are basically the same.

It is the very same iGPU in both CPUs. Good for watching videos, browsing the web and for your everyday office apps. Not much more than that.
