Im running an intel i5-4440 on an msi b85g43 mobo, i recently sold my graphics card, and my INTEL HD 4600 is crashing, i heard its a voltage error, i want to increase my IGPU voltage, how do i do it?

that was in no way helpful to my question, but okay

Let me try again then. Go to your BIOS and see if there is an option of alter iGPU Voltage and/or speed/frequency.

There are three reasons why this may not be possible for you.

1. You have a locked CPU, which does not support overclocking.
2. Your motherboard is not intended for overclocking an i5, so your BIOS may not support iGPU overclocking either
3. You BIOS does not provide this capability.

If you wait for a response from someone with exactly the same configuration as you who wanted to change iGPU voltage/speed, it may take a while.

How is it crashing, and what, if any error messages do you get?
How do you know it is a voltage error?

I run a GTX 750ti on this system and it is over ten time more powerful/faste than the iGPU. The iGPU is only good for my 6+ year old legacy games.

bro, i had a 770 lightning card, i sold it, i just need the igpu to play league, but its crashing when im skyping too, the driver crashes, when using blue stacks or skype, it recovers, but in game, it freezes my computer. Cant i use an external oc utility to up the voltage? im not overclocking per say, i dont care about the frequency, i just want to supply it with more volts, so the gpu doesnt crash, which is the problem as far as i can tell from the intel support forum

so fixed it myself, since everyone on the internet is useless 😛, it was cpu GT voltage in settings, which i adjusted to 0.875V, now no crashes, cant believe no one could tell me that
