Is it possible to mine ethereum with both integrated graphics on the cpu and a graphics card? My cpu is the i5 6402p. Can you provide instructions or a link if you know how?
Missed the fact you have a dedicated card, So mining with the intergrated GPU wouldn't really net you anything, and etherium requires ~3GB of VRAM on the GPU in order to mine which an iGPU wont have.
CPU mining is much less efficient, you can't mine etherium directly on a CPU, you will need a different miner to mine a different form of coin
Not directly, you would have to mine some sort of Alternate coin and get paid in Etherium, you might be able to make $10 a month running the miner 24/7 (you will be paying more for electricity).
And you would have to join a pool, those pools often have a minimum payout of ~ $100, so you wont get anything until you hit that minimum payout number.

I have actually done the math, I am making more than I pay in electricity. My rig is gaming oriented and only has one card, I’m just doing this for experience I guess. I was hoping to add what little power my igpu to my overall with my graphics card. So it’s not possible to mine with integrated graphics and a graphics card at the same time?
