Just built my first PC. Got an MSI motherboard with integrated wifi chip. All the drivers are installed. It detects the old AT&T router we've had for a few years. The router connects to my laptop and PS4 but it only shows 2 bars for the PC. The PC senses the router but every time I try to connect it times out and says it can't.

motherboard is MSI MPG X570 pro carbon gaming wifi
ISP is AT&T on U-verse
after more digging I found the router is the 5031NV and the wifi card is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200

How far is it from the router?
Perhaps it's just a weak signal issue.
Can you move it closer and try it?
