Question Intel 660p Series not detected by motherboard

Hi!
This problem appeared to me after testing some CPU overclocks that didn't work. I've had this problem for over a year now and I've never been able to resolve it.
Initially I thought it could be the m.2 and I decided to talk to Intel, they ended up replacing it with a new one, but the problem remains.
Could someone help me?

Specs:
MB: Asus ROG Maximus VII Hero
CPU: i7-4770k
RAM: G.Skill Trident 2x4GB
GPU: MSI GTX 1070
PSU: XFX Pro 750w
ROM: WB Blue 1TB / SSD M.2 Intel 660p 1TB (Not Working)

It's in Auto Mode

Yes! It's in Disk Management too!
