Intel 7700(non k) or Ryzen 1700 for streaming games/gaming/creating video

Which CPU would be better for streaming games on twitch/ gaming / creating gaming videos ?
I already have GTX 1070 gpu.
I know that intel is better for gaming but how about streaming games?

If you're just going to be straight up encoding with h264, the Ryzen system will do better. If you're going to be using QuickSync if you have the 7700, it's close.

Or if you use the nvidia encoder it doesn't really matter.

yeah all on what you use... adobe is IPC and so 7700k wins... Research your tools. there is no clear winner per say.
