Not to sound picky, but when you say qHD, it's by definition 540 x 960 resolution so no need for the "and a resolution...."
 
Should be a solid little device. The battery life isn't amazing but it's a budget-conscious phone. At almost $350 without a contract it's still overshadowed by the Nexus 4 (if you can find one in stock or don't mind waiting for it to get shipped). I wonder if it takes MicroSD cards. It'd be a nice selling point in that price range.
 
The only good thing I can see about these phones (x86) is the possibility of installing windows 8 on them down the road.

That being said, Thialand seems like an odd place for a product launch.

They probably don't have much 4G/LTE support, if at all, in Thailand. If they release this phone in Europe or North America, perhaps they'll make a version that does support 4G/LTE.
