Question Intel AX210 M.2 Wifi Card not working

My newly bought wifi card (Intel AX210. I replaced my Realtek one) is not showing in device manager and task manager and it doesn't work. But when I ran diagnostics in my BIOS, it shows that the card is installed. Could Windows 10 be the problem?

My bluetooth works fine but my computer can't use WiFi. Could it be Windows is the problem? Or is my laptop not conpatible?

Are you sure the M.2 slot will run a WiFi card? Not all M.2 slots are equal....

I'm having the same issue here but in windows 11; my laptop is HP laptop 15s eq3058AU, was trying to replace RTL8822ce wireless adaptor to AX210, it wasn't showing on my device manager either, but the Bluetooth worked somehow. My guess is HP motherboard not connecting some gold fingers on purpose
