It depends on the codec and the GPU (you didn't specify which one), but it should be fine.

Pentium 4's and Celeron D's are old tech and unless you have to avoid them.

A Celeron is a crippled Pentium, and the low of the low, as is the GT210.

Full HD may push them to their limits.
