I am a Linux fan boy.
I ran up Win8 the other day, not that bad. A few little odd things but on the whole, worked really well. I still prefer Ubuntu.
Win8 is much better that Apples iOS6 mess........................... (Sorry, couldn't resist poking fun at Apple)

Win 8 is the biggest POS I have seen since WinME and thats saying something. If you want to compete in that arena then develop for that and leave the desktop computing environment alone!
