the fact that Intel doesn't plan to make Nova Lake exclusively on 18A is, perhaps, revealing. It plans to take advantage of TSMC, perhaps N2.

How does Intel plan to overtake TSMC while still being so dependent on them. You won't gain new customers , you should spin off IFS Foundry to offload the dead weight.
