Intel Compute Sticks as thin clients

Does anyone have any experience of using the Intel Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC as a thin client?

I'm looking at running an ESXi server (Dell Poweredge T430 with Xeon E5 2620v4, 16GB DDR4-2400 and 2x 1TB Crucial MX200) to serve 2-4 VMs.

Clients will be running dual monitors (only one HDMI output on these sticks but should be able to daisychain) and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit VMs.

Pretty happy about the server being up to the job, just not sure about these sticks as clients.
