[SOLVED] Intel Core i7 10700K doesn't reach maximum frequency with Turbo Boost.

Hello guys, I noticed that my CPU doesn't reach the top speed declared during high stress. When I run some benchmarks like OCCT or 3D Mark the top speed my CPU reach is 4.8 Ghz. Since the maximum speed is 5.1GHz I was a bit wondering how come that CPU didn't go so far. Thanks!

5.1 GHz is the single core boost, in practice you won't hit that very often as most modern applications will use more than 1 core. 4.8GHz is the boost you get when all cores are loaded.
