Intel can say they've fixed this problem all they want.

But I'm still going to be really apprehensive about buying any 13___K or 14___K CPU.

I honestly expect to see some deeper discounts than this if the stock doesn't run out on warranty replacements, as is already rumored to be happening.

Fair enough. It's a pretty good deal compared to the deal I had gotten when I originally bought mine. I'd buy another one if I needed too or id go with a 12900K and push up the Ring Bus by 200 Mhz
