Intel CPU overheating

Hello everyone. I've been running an i5 750 @ 3.5 ghz with a cooler master Aquagate Max cooling kit. Until about a month ago I have had very low temps when transcoding music or playing video games. More recently the temps on my CPU have risen about 20C to the point where I am hitting 80-90C when running prime 95 and gaming. Clearly an issue. I disassembled my entire loop and flushed the rad with distilled water and vinegar and I cleaned the cpu block with lemon juice and a toothbrush. I reconnected the whole loop and the temps seems to be a tiny bit lower, but I'm still having overheating. The last part that confuses me is that ONLY core 4 hit 90+ and core 3 is running at normal operating temperature... Core 1 and 2 are still hot but not as bad as 4.

Am I experiencing bad hardware or did I miss something when cleaning my kit?

Thanks, lytesson

The reservoir and pump both sit in a closed box in two external 5.25 bays. There is a spin wheel that moves and when there were still air bubbles in the loop after I filled it again the bubbles were moving very quick inside of the loop. The pump is working fine.

Also I only have 1 1156 cpu :/
