I just bought a Wolfdale Intel Pentium E5200 and i don't have thermal paste. My CPU temps are big. When idle 33-36 when at half load it jumps to 65-80.Is there any alternative to thermal paste? Can i do something to cool down my CPU?I have stock intel cooler.

You could have an iceberg the size of Texas sitting on your CPU and if you can't transfer the heat to it effectively it will do you no good.

BUY THERMAL PASTE, it's very cheap even when buying the 'best paste'.
Look up guides online on how to apply it, it's very simple if you just take your time, you can also search for the 'pea method" for thermal paste.
