Hello,

I upgraded the memory in my DH55PJ motherboard. See memory and motherboard specs in the link below:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sP2zK8

With the new memory, the computer boots to the Windows 7 loading screen for a second, then reboots. This repeats infinitely.

In the BIOS, I have tried setting various frequencies between 1330 and 1600 MHz, but get the same results, with the computer booting then restarting.

Is this memory simply incompatible with the motherboard despite the "OK" from pcpartpicker?

Thanks,

Solution
Try ONE module at a time.

If still having problems, then the G.Skill memory is probably incompatible due to use of higher density memory chips.

If still wanting G.Skill memory, then select modules from the "NT" Value series here. The NT series of modules (4 GB and less) should be compatible.
