[SOLVED] intel dynamic platform and thermal framework driver very high power usage trend

hello, i have a question.
is this looks normal? the power usage trend is very high.
this is when my laptop is on idle condition

34% cpu/100% disc/84%ram is not idle.

Can look into windows energy settings, see if things are set to balanced or even energy saving.
