Intel E6750 Overclock?

With this computer (4gb ram and a geforce 720) can I overclock my Intel E6750 2.66 GHz? How far can I go? And most importantly, is the process the same as this video? I've never done it myself before. Thanks

I would suggest getting an E7500 and try the classic tapemod from 266 to 333 fsb.
