Intel ethernet connection 1218v code 10 error

Hello ,

Sorry for my poor english , i received error code 10 in device manager last night , i searched alot about the problem but nothing could help me, i use asus z97 pro gamer motherboard and error is about

Intel network connection 1218v

I reinstalled windows , update bios , update all drivers from intel website and asus website , enable and disable driver but the problem is not solved yet.i checked my cables and i set bios to default settings.

I cannot connect to internet because the connection is gone ,
This problem isnot because of my modem , i tried in diffrent PC and internet is just very good.

Is this problem have any solution ? Or i have to replace my hardware ?

My windows is 8.1 and 10

I finaly found the solution.i reset bios with cmos battery ! Now ethernet is working
