Its odd, the website for IET shows a list of CPU's supported (yours is NOT in the list), yet the release notes show the architecture's supported which your CPU is part of.... so only Intel could probably answer your query.
Reading other posts on that util, users recommend manual OC'ing via BIOS anyway.
