Intel Graphics 5500 Driver Problem

I bought a new HP laptop last month with windows 8.1
Intel Core i7 5500u
1TB Hard Disk
8GB RAM
2GB Dedicated Graphics Geforce 820M
But now it takes about 20 seconds to appear right click context menu every where.
Every where means in desktop ,inside a folder even in my computer.when I bought there were no such problem but suddenly it happened .please help me.
I have enabled Windows Automatic Update.

I would suggest you check the disk for errors. Let me know what is the result.
