Intel Graphics + Battlefield = ???

Do you guys think I can run Battlefield 3 with Intel HD Graphics Family 4400
considering it uses integrated graphics? I have 8 gigs of ram and a 64 bit operating system along with it.

I have a fairly low end PC and I would like to know if I can download/run Battlefield 3 before actually buying it.

Specs:
Lenovo Desktop H50
Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-4160 cpu @ 3.60ghz
8.00 Gigs Ram w/ 64 Bit Operating System
Chip Type- Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

I'm mostly worried about my graphics card as it is integrated rather than dedicated.
Would that lower the chances of being able to run the game at a solid 25-30 fps?
I have seen a number of videos on Youtube which show people playing the game with Intel HD Graphics 4400 with a playable fps.
I would like to know what is stopping my pc from doing the same with similar specs.

Again, I would like to know my chances of being able to run the game smooth enough before buying it.
Does updating my drivers help? If so, how may I find the right ones to download? And are they all free?
I'm still a newbie with all this PC terminology and how it works, which is why I need some help from you guys!

What if all the settings in-game are low along with one of the lowest resolutions available?
What fps do you think it can get?

Not playable frame rates unless maybe you're running 720p.
I wouldn't bother with it.
If you want to run triple A games, get a $500 budget and I'll put together a good PC for you.

Find a cheap GPU... heck I am selling my old Radeon 6950 on craigslist for like 50 bucks. That card could run the game (but dont try high settings...). Grab something like this. It less than the cost of the game and will turn your PC into a PS4 basically(not the same, but with my 6950 I could get PS4 type quality)

Finally bought the game and started it up...
Apparently I can run the game with low settings with about 30-40 fps
Guess Intel Graphics aren't complete shit..
