I just built a new desktop with a pentium g4560. I installed windows 10 on a 240gb adata ssd and then went on to install intel grapjics drivers through their automatic install tool. However, the installation always froze up after a few minutes. the resolution would bump up to 1080p and all the windows would minimize. I could still see the display driver on the taskbar though. I couldnt move my mouse at all, but the clock was still moving so it wasnt completely frozen. i restarted it only to find that it corrupted my windows. Then, I reinstalled windows and tried to install the graphics driver, BUT THE SAME THING HAPPENED. What am I doing wrong? Should install the motherboard drivers first?
This is the first time ive built a desktop with intel graphics so i might be missing something important.
Also, my right arm is in a cast rn so i apologize for the poor grammer and writing mechanics.
