I currently bought a dell inspiron 15 7000 2 in 1 4k edition with an i7 6500u I think, a 256 gb ssd and intel hd 520 graphics. My problem is that I can't do basic gaming, like am getting 10 fps on games like need for speed most wanted 2012 release, I only get good game play if I turn the resolution down to below 1366x768. When I go on YouTube and see them with Intel hd graphics it perform 3x my laptop could someone tell me why and how to fix it?

I wouldn't call a ULV processor 'processor-heavy'. It's 2 cores and 15w TDP.

Are you running games at 4k or 1080? Tahe 520 doesn't have enough horsepower for higher resolutions, but it should be able to handle older games at 720 or 1080.

Dual-channel RAM helps integrated graphics speed a bit if the OEM shipped with only one stick. See if there are any later drivers released for the Intel HD graphics.

It has 4 logical cores and a 3.1GHz Turbo Boost. And I meant processor heavy in terms of balance.. that you are paying primarily for the processor in that system, not the graphics.

And dual channel RAM makes barely any difference to gaming in every benchmark ever. Maybe 1-2fps..

It has 2 physical cores and hyperthreading. Most U-series throttle out of turbo boost very quickly and are stuck around base clock speed. I have one too - it's not a gaming machine (or rendering, or whatever else) machine at all, but should be able to handle light gaming at lower resolutions.
