CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz
MB: Asus H81M-K
RAM: 2GB DDR3 1333 MHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphicks
HDD: 500GB
OS: Windows 7 32bit
MONITOR: 1920x1080p 60Hz (VGA)
I have some lags when im watching some youtube videos,movies...when opening some page on inthernet, especially videos i need to wait 5-10s sometimes more ti open the page.
Are these lags coused by the GPU or because the ram because when i open gpu-z its shows me that there is 0MB of gpu memory and when i go to pc-properties i see only 1.86GB (2GB RAM)

My question is....If i buy more ram (4GB RAM) and i upgrade my os to win7/8.1 64BIT version will these lags disappear ?

Although if you later plan to upgrade the machine with more than 4gb of RAM... a GPU and a new CPU, then it would be required.
You only have 2GB of RAM, both the INtel processor and the Integrated graphics compete for that. Upgrade to 4GB and allocate a larger portion to your GPU in Windows settings. (or was it BIOS? - I cant recall, but a quick Google should set you right. Google "shared video memory - how to allocate.)

You might want to try a different web browser (you didn't say which one you're using) Chrome is normally the fastest, but Firefox may perform better depending on a variety of things. The integrated graphics on Sandy Bridge CPUs is pretty marginal so sometimes little things cause it to act up.

More RAM would definitely help too.

Upgrade the RAM ought to solve it. The 32bit OS can use up to almost 4gb so you can keep the OS, its an expensive upgrade that wont do anything on your current machine.

Your igpu would default to using 1-1.5gb of RAM under use, obviously it cant do that fighting against system resource and then the RAM drain of the browser on top.
